Set up different pay bands with clocking recording system

Ashfield District Council cutsAshfield District Council in Nottinghamshire is one of the councils hit worst by central funding budget cuts. Jobs and services are set for a trim by the Labour run body, which will have almost a nine per cent reduction in spending power, the maximum allowable, for either 2011 or 2012/13. A transition grant effectively caps the cut at 8.9%, but the original cut will be used as the baseline for 2012-13 figures. The Government wants to see councils share ‘back office services’ to avoid cuts on the frontline.

A Time and Attendance Midlands clocking system leads to a more efficient working environment. Up to 15 times faster than equivalent swipe card technology, smart cards are the ultimate clocking solution. Standard reports include a Weekly Clock Card, however additional features are available. These include Secondary Pay Bands, where certain pay bands pay into other bands either on a 1:1 basis or by using a multiplier. Time and Attendance Midlands’s systems are fully compatible with all working hours’ regulations and provide an easy and cost-effective solution to your clocking issues.
