A man was saved from a fire at a workshop while working over a weekend. The 27-year-old was rescued from the first floor of a commercial property in Fazeley Road, Tamworth, which caught fire during late morning in the middle of the man’s Sunday shift. After being affected by smoke he was sent to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Birmingham for further treatment.
