Customised clocking systems can cope with complex multi site businesses
Jobs will go at food processing sites at Bournville in Birmingham and Marlbrook in Herefordshire, owners Kraft Foods said this week. Kraft said additional money would be diverted to a series of projects across three other manufacturing sites which include £13.5 million at Bournville and £2.6m at Marlbrook. Neil Chapman, Kraft’s manufacturing director, UK chocolate, said the aim for the sites is “to remain at the centre of British food manufacturing and of the Kraft Foods network.”
