Instantaneous fire roll call is produced when a workplace emergency occurs

A Northampton building has been left structurally unsafe by a fire that took place on Monday (January 2, 2012). Building Control officers from Northampton Borough Council will be serving a notice on the owners of the former Angel Hotel on Bridge Street ordering them to make it safe as soon as possible. Scaffolding will be installed around the building to ensure that parts of the facade on Bridge Street and the gable end are made safe and retained.
