South Derbyshire District Council has received an application for permission for a second toilet at the Milend Caravan Site, in Derby Road, Hilton. The request was granted to install another toilet despite the belief it could lead to more caravans. The application had received one objection, saying the site already has toilet facilities. However, the council noted there is only one toilet shared between 20 people, one councillor adding: “It is not an unreasonable request.”
