Haulage company grows following head office relocation

A Staffordshire-based haulage company has created around 30 new jobs after relocating to a new 4.5-acre site at Towers Business Park that’s three times larger than its original head office, a news report in the local business media has been able to reveal.

NS Clarke Transport’s move was supported by Lloyds Bank Commercial Banking. It now employs 130 staff, with headcount expected to grow further in the future.

Shaun Clarke, director of NS Clarke Transport, said: "Moving into new larger premises has been a key objective for our business for some time, and the support and expertise provided by Lloyds Bank has enabled us to embark on the next phases of our expansion strategy.

"This is a move which has been necessitated by our steady growth in recent years, and which has already enabled us to create 30 new jobs here in Rugeley. We’re now well placed for future growth, and look forward to realising our ambitions in the future."
