Plans for a new headquarters for Warwick District Council, 170 homes and a 620-space car park in Leamington town centre have been given the green light, a recent news report in the local media has been able to suggest. 
 
Up to 170 new homes, across a group of buildings ranging between 2.5 and six storeys high, will be built on the current site of the council’s headquarters on Milverton Hill and the sale of the land will fund the authority’s new 28,901 sq ft base.
