The firm said the Derbyshire base would be attracting new investment of more than £100 million at Burnaston. Prime Minister David Cameron, who was visiting the factory, said it was “fantastic news and a massive vote of confidence for UK manufacturing”. The factory currently produces the Auris and Avensis models and employs more than 3,100 people.

Time and Attendance Midlands can help businesses in the region grow using the smart card based WinTA time and attendance clocking system (a start up version including clocking station and software is pictured). WinTA stores information on up to 1000 production or department jobs. With the simple use of a smart card or key fob, employees book time against these jobs to produce a fully costed analysis and break down of time spent on each one. A demonstration edition of WinTA is available as a free trial.
