Logistics company to hire more staff following contract win

A Lutterworth-based logistics company is set to hire more staff following a major contract win, a recent news report in the local media has been able to reveal.

Lutterworth-based Core Management Logistics (CML) has expanded its services after securing a new contract with sports apparel manufacturer PlayerLayer. As part of the deal, CML will also manage all of PlayerLayer’s warehouse and distribution activities, which are sold to customers online.

CML managing director Graham Copley said: "We are very excited about our new partnership with PlayerLayer, who approached us through our website.

"At CML we are continuing to expand to ensure that all our customers’ needs are met. We think it’s very important that we show flexibility and are able to enhance our offering to customers whatever their requirements and the launch of our new logo and transfer department, specifically created for PlayerLayer, is testament to that."
