New Staffordshire development scheme could create more than 1,000 jobs in the region
Plans for creating a new industrial estate in Staffordshire could create up to 1,000 jobs in the area, a recent news report in the local business media has been able to reveal.
Liberty Park in Lichfield has planning consent for an £38m industrial and warehouse scheme and will be developed into 435,000 sq ft of space under plans by Liberty Property Trust.
Tony Nash, director of Birmingham-based Stoford Developments, Liberty Property Trust’s development partners, added: "We are making very good progress with the access road and I am looking forward to welcoming the first occupiers in due course.
"The site can accommodate units measuring between 30,000 sq ft and 350,000 sq ft in a prominent location fronting the A38, providing easy access to major motorway networks. Whilst we are contemplating speculative development, occupiers requiring bespoke solutions are also welcome."
