Illegal car clampers have been jailed who had operated at 19 sites including Coventry, Bromsgrove, Redditch, Nuneaton, Evesham and Worcester. Worcester Crown Court heard that Redditch-based Midland Parking Contracts may have made up to £500,000. The company’s owner Andrew Minshull and his partner Debbie Worton pleaded guilty to conspiracy to defraud last month. Minshull (38), of Hatfield Close, Redditch was jailed for 32 months with Worton (43), residing at the same address, being sentenced for a year.
