Personnel software package deals with bonus payments
An international team of experts, including those from Nottingham University, has found "no discernible" benefit to the GP bonus scheme. The pay system for doctors for hitting certain performance targets was introduced in 2004. It has proved controversial as it has helped push average pay through the £100,000 barrier. The researchers looked at rates of blood pressure monitoring, control and treatment alongside how many patients ended up getting ill but found no real difference since the bonus scheme.
With a Time and Attendance Midlands clocking and personnel system you can create a wide range of daily working patterns (shifts), with either fixed or flexitime rules. These can run past midnight, making night shifts simple to define. The WinTA software package deals with virtually all hours and pay scale methods including the ability to handle bonus payments. It is ideal for organisations such as surgeries and hospitals where different shifts and rates occur. Overtime is easily monitored, and both paid and unpaid breaks are easy to define and calculate.
