Cllr Roger Clarke, SNC’s portfolio holder for planning and environment, said: "There are some big changes in store for Towcester and we have worked hard to ensure the town benefits from those changes where every possible.
"This second phase of homes will begin as soon as the new roundabout in front of the Racecourse main entrance is complete and people should be prepared to see more construction traffic in the area."
